This Shipping Policy explains how we ship ZenSulin orders, estimated delivery times, and what to do if there is an issue with your shipment.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship ZenSulin within the United States, including all 50 states and U.S. territories.
Shipping Rates
- 2-Bottle Pack: $9.99 flat shipping
- 3-Bottle Pack: FREE shipping
- 6-Bottle Pack: FREE shipping
Order Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Standard U.S. Shipping: 5–7 business days from the date of shipment
- Remote or rural locations: May require an additional 2–3 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary based on shipping carrier performance, weather conditions, and other factors outside our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 24 hours after shipment for tracking information to update.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows your package was delivered but you cannot locate it:
- Check with neighbors, household members and the front desk if applicable
- Verify the shipping address on your order is correct
- Contact your local post office or carrier with the tracking number
- If the package is still missing after 48 hours, contact us at support@beneonature.com for assistance
Incorrect Shipping Address
It is your responsibility to provide an accurate, complete shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@beneonature.com with clear photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement at no cost.
International Shipping
At this time, ZenSulin is only available for shipment within the United States. We hope to expand internationally in the future. Please check back or contact us to inquire about availability in your country.
